These Terms and Conditions of Use and all other legal documents incorporated by reference (collectively, these "Terms") set forth the legal contract between each end user ("User" or "you" or “your”) and MD Empowerment LLC, its affiliates, contractors, and partners (“MDE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) with respect to your access to and use of the MDE mobile application, including use of any tools and services related to the MDE App offered through our website(s) (collectively, the “MDE App”). Our Services (as defined below) are provided through the MDE App, an interactive platform where users can share and view Content (as defined below).

Warning

The use of cell phones, tablets, and other devices are regulated in most states. There are extreme hazards with use of such devices while driving, flying, boating, and operating machinery & equipment. Therefore, please ensure that when accessing the MDE PLATFORM WITH APPLICATION™ you do so in a safe and legal manner. MD EMPOWERMENT, LLC and their affiliates will not assume any responsibility or liability for any operation that is contrary to law or normal safety standards.

Agreement to Terms

By using the MDE App and Services, you acknowledge and represent that you:

• Have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
• Understand them.
• Accept and agree to be bound by them.
• Are at least 18 years old or are able to form legally binding contracts.
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to any of these Terms, we are unwilling to grant you access to the MDE App or the Services.

Definitions

• Content: Includes information, images, artwork, videos, text, and other materials.
• Feedback: Any information you provide about the MDE App or Services.
• Member: A Registered User with a membership subscription.
• Registered Users: Includes Members with an Account.
• Services: Any tools, software, or functionalities related to the MDE App.
